I am taking on the London Marathon Walk on the 23rd September 2017, raising money for Anxiety UK a charity that helps with those who like myself suffer with real bad anxiety.
It can paralyse you and take control. I want to raise awareness, of anxiety and I have even talked about it and written about it on my website http://everyonecanbuildacastle.wordpress.com

I decided to begin training ASAP so Friday I walked from Wimbledon to Putney and from South Kensington to Oxford Street.
I am so looking forward to the challenge. Since watching the Virgin London Marathon it has really made me more determind to take it on.
So decided to do the walk instead. I am gonna train as much as possible using my days as a way of preparing myself for the 26.2 mile walk.
I will keep you informed through my fitness diary of how my training is going.
So here we go.
