Not been the best year in terms of reaching my fitness goals but I have discovered a new fitness app. It is the Health APP which measures you exercise including my walking and so far I have achieved 300,000 steps, which is amazing, in the fact I have been doing little walks hear and there to build up to do longer walks again.
I am not sure if I will return to running, but I would like to start using the Treadmill again at least once a week, but at the moment it is finding the time. NO THERE IS NO REAL EXCUSE!
I know I can do it if I put my heart into it, I just need to find my spark for getting fit again and build up gradually like I have with my walking.
I have tried different regimes and they did work for about two weeks and then I stopped again. I know I need to improve my fitness because I now have Type 2 diabetes, which is due to weight gain and need to find my MOJO back.
As I was researching I came across this pin, of 6 tips for beginners to fitness, check it out below:

I know I just need to be persistent and I not use time against me but for me, and today I have already achieved 10,854 steps and that was just to an interview I had this morning, so I am getting there.
Walking for me is the best medicine, it helps clear the mind and get creative.
I used to love my early morning walks to work and started enjoying walking again. So I want to leave 2018 with a bang and to get back to being the fitness freak I know I can be.
