I try and eat clean the best I can, but having diabetes I have to limit the amount of fruit I eat aswell, because of the sugar. So vegetables are the route for me to go and adding a vegetable to each meal has made all the difference.

When it comes to my diet I don’t deprive myself, but limit it and have different foods in moderation and I try to walk it off by walking every morning after I walk my son to school.
